Grievance Redressal Policy

This Policy explains how to complain about LocalShopWala’s software service — including privacy, security, plan billing, account access, and misuse of the platform.

It supports our duties under Indian IT and data protection law.

It does not replace complaints about product quality, late delivery, or order refunds. Those must go to the shop that sold the goods.

Please include:

• Your full name and registered mobile number or email
• Shop name (if you are a shop owner or staff)
• Clear description and dates
• Screenshots, order numbers, or payment references if useful
• What result you want

• Acknowledge a complete complaint within forty-eight (48) hours on business days
• Give a clear reply or plan within fifteen (15) days where reasonably possible
• For privacy requests, follow timelines under applicable Indian data protection rules

• Ask for a review by emailing us again and quoting your earlier message
• For privacy matters, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority as the law allows
• Use remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where that law applies to your relationship with LocalShopWala

Complaints must be made in good faith. Knowingly false reports or harassment of our team may lead to account suspension and, where needed, a report to the authorities.
