• Stock and product management
• Billing and sales counter
• Customer records for your shop
• Publishing a genuine product list on your shop page
• Business reports
• Optional writing suggestions after you review them

• Breaking any law or another person’s rights
• False, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Pretending to be someone else or our staff
• Harassment or abuse of users or our support team
• Trying to break into accounts or systems
• Uploading harmful software
• Copying large amounts of data without permission
• Overloading or attacking the service
• Dodging plan limits or payment
• Spam or illegal bulk messaging
• Money laundering or other financial crime

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Goods that copy another brand’s rights without permission
• Prescription medicines without proper authorisation
• Tobacco, alcohol, or age-restricted goods without required licences
• Adult or escort services
• Unlawful gambling
• Illegal wildlife products
• Pyramid schemes or deceptive investment offers
• Hate or violent content
• Anything else banned under Indian or local law

• Be truthful with customers
• Follow advertising and weights-and-measures rules
• Do not post obscene or hateful images
• Use only photos and text you have the right to use
• Review any suggested writing before publishing

Shop owners should give staff only the access they need, remove access when employment ends, and remain responsible for what authorised staff do.
