LocalShopWala may offer optional tools that suggest product titles or descriptions. Suggestions may be prepared with the help of outside writing services.

This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Suggestions may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. They are not legal, tax, or professional advice.

You must read, edit, and approve all suggested text before publishing.

• You alone are responsible for published text and legal compliance
• Do not publish suggestions that misstate ingredients, origin, certificates, price, or stock
• Check claims such as organic, FSSAI, or ISI yourself — do not rely on suggestions for compliance
• You protect LocalShopWala from claims arising from unreviewed published text

• Restricted or illegal products
• False or misleading claims
• Copying another brand’s identity
• Hate or harmful content
• Other people’s private data without a lawful reason
• Spam

When you use these tools, the words you type (such as product name or short notes) may be sent to the writing partner only to prepare the suggestion.

Do not paste passwords, card details, or confidential third-party information into the tool.

Writing tools may depend on your plan or purchased AI credits and may be changed or paused with reasonable notice.

Once an AI credit pack payment succeeds and credits are added to your shop balance, there is no refund for unused credits or for suggestions you find unsuitable. Outages at outside writing partners do not create an automatic refund.

If money was debited but credits were not added, see the Cancellation & Refund Policy (stuck or failed payment cases).

After you edit and use suggested text for your shop, you may use it for your business on LocalShopWala. Similar suggestions may appear for other users with similar inputs.
