This Policy explains how customers use shop pages hosted on LocalShopWala.

LocalShopWala is not the seller. Each shop is an independent business responsible for products, prices, delivery, and service.

• Your order is a contract with the shop, not with LocalShopWala
• Give correct name, phone, and delivery address for home delivery
• Check prices and the shop’s rules before confirming
• Payment for online orders is currently cash on delivery or pay at shop
• After home delivery, you may choose whether to save your address for next time
• The shop may accept the full order, accept only some items if stock is short, or reject the order
• If the shop accepts only some items, you will get a notification and can see the updated items in the order
• Your bill or tax invoice (if any) is available in the app only after the shop marks the order as completed
• LocalShopWala is not responsible for stock, quality, delivery, payment at the shop, refunds, or any other issue with the order — contact the shop

Shops set prices and may change them until you place an order. Report display errors to the shop. We do not guarantee stock or lowest price.

Delivery time, fees, and area are set by the shop. Ask the shop about status or address changes. LocalShopWala does not run delivery fleets.

Refund and return rules are set by each shop. Read them before buying. Ask the shop first for quality or damage issues. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy for LocalShopWala plans does not apply to product purchases.

When you order, the shop and LocalShopWala (as software provider) may use your details to fulfil the order. Nearby-shop search may use location or PIN when you allow it. Product disputes must be settled with the shop. To report illegal listings, email support@localshopwala.com with the shop page and product details.
